Manufacturing Company located in Wentzville is looking for a Part-time Helpdesk Support who is responsible for all aspects of the day to day IT support including PC maintenance and Network administration.

 The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

  • Ability to work through problems that arise in a desktop environment
  • Experience with virus and spyware removal on networks and individual systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Confer with users and resource experts to resolve requests and problem reports
  • Install software and hardware for users as requested
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer and other technology issues
  • Must be organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to use good judgement, think critically, and collaborate

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Help Desk assignment a plus
  • Self-starter with a logical mindset to troubleshoot
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related work experience
