Sales Assistant Position
Superior Home Products, a Wentzville based manufacturer / distributor of cultured marble bath products, custom mirrors, shower enclosures & closet shelving since 1984, is seeking a motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time Sales Assistant. The position is Monday - Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Primary responsibilities for the ideal candidate include:
- Sales support to dedicated sale staff and their set account customer base
- Answer incoming calls, monitor order status and initiate calls to schedule delivery and installation
- Scrutinize daily schedules and confirm or revise dates as needed
- Maintain work schedules according to dictated published schedules from Builders
- Coordinate collection of COD shipments as needed
- Printing of builder related purchase orders / start orders, etc.
- Other various office support tasks
The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Detail oriented, energetic and independent worker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional and courteous
