Office Manager for Springfield, IL Branch Office

Superior Home Products, a St. Louis based manufacturer / distributor of cultured marble bath products, custom mirrors, shower enclosures & closet shelving for 35+ years, is seeking a FT, motivated, independent, and energetic Office Manager for our Springfield, IL Branch Office.  The position is responsible for overall office administration, coordination and integration of day to day activities for the Springfield Sales & Installation office.

Responsibilities Include:  Answering and directing calls and information, provide information/assistance to Showroom customers and other callers, clerical support, assisting with customer service inquiries, process orders, installation scheduling and various other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.


  • Energetic and Customer oriented
  • Professional Telephone & Customer Service skills
  • Job / Installation Scheduling
  • Ability to read blueprints and do takeoffs is preferred, but not required
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Very organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • 1+ years related experience
